Description:

Provides basic, direct patient care to mental health/alcohol rehabilitation patients and functions as a member of the health care team, taking direction and guidance from Nurses and Counselors. All care is provided in compliance with and according to department policy/procedure and standards of care. Participates in the collection of patient data with the health care team. Participates in unit Quality Improvement activities. Assists in clerical functions as directed.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED. Knowledge of human services helpful. Legible handwriting. May have Nurse’s Aide certification.
