Duties: |
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Coordinate interviewing teams and schedule.
Prescreen candidates by phone.
Evaluate candidates based on various employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.
Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Build and maintain candidate relationship through ongoing communication regarding questions, updates, and status during the interview process.
Correspond with candidates on company information and notification of employment consideration.
Other human resources responsibilities and duties as assigned. |
Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
0-2 years of recruiting experience.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the organization.
Excellent negotiating skills. |
