HLP Integration provides technology-driven services to help legal and corporate entities recover, search, analyze, produce and present data efficiently
and cost-effectively. We are currently seeking talented individuals to head-up our New York office.
In this consultative sales role, you will drive revenue and build brand loyalty by developing and growing relationships within corporate. As the
company’s initial point of contact with our clients, you will provide strategic guidance for our Discovery Services (electronic discovery, paper
discovery, audio discovery, and document review).
Candidates must be confident, highly self-motivated, and able to gain credibility as a trusted advisor with our C-Level corporate clients as well as
serve as a collaborative and assertive liaison with corporate purchasing departments.
The E-Discovery Corporate Sales Executive responsibilities include:

Targeting and prospecting corporate decision makers in the areas of IT, Legal, and Compliance to develop new relationships and/or broaden scope of
business with existing corporate contacts and relationships.

Grow revenue and expand services use/penetration within territory.

Work with sales support staff and product subject matter experts as necessary to provide compelling solutions for corporate clients.

Navigate and drive the corporate purchasing and vendor approval process.
Ideal candidates for the E-Discovery Corporate Sales Executive will have the following expertise and education:
-
BA or BS and proven history of consultative sales success required, JD considered beneficial in building credibility with client.

Eight or more years in consultative sales with a complex technical product or service.

Expert and proven ability to gain an audience and credibility with C-suite and senior level decision makers in Information Technology (CTO,
CIO), Legal (Chief Legal Counsel) and Compliance (Chief Compliance Officer).

Existing relationships with executive level decision makers and/or book of business is considered a big “plus.”

Understanding of the litigation process, previous experience selling a litigation product or solution preferred.

Persuasive communication and presentation skills.

Technical aptitude.
